evonos focuses on digital and transparent internal communication

Since the beginning of the year, we are using our employee app, which makes the internal company communication more digital and at the same time more transparent. Like any company, we had to face new challenges during the pandemic and ensure, that all employees can be reached directly and easily.

It is more important than ever to communicate across departments and local boundaries. With the app, we offer our employees the option of conveniently accessing internal company information on their desktop or on their own smartphone. The classic notice-board, for example, is now digitally available and personnel news is also communicated openly and transparently. In addition, the app offers the opportunity to get in touch with each other and exchange information. This is very practical, especially for colleagues in the production department.

Another advantage: Certain forms are covered by the app and processed digitally by the HR department. Our goal of working as paper-free as possible can thus be pursued even more efficiently. Therefore, using the app supports the evonos sustainability concept and can be ideally integrated into everyday work.

Due to the great collaboration with Quiply, we successfully improved the internal communication within a very short time and we continue working on optimizing the information flow throughout the company. Our employees are satisfied and feel better informed. At the same time, it has never been easier to communicate more directly.
